BPI Real Estate Poland has received the occupancy permit for Rezydencja Barska. This cozy investment located at the intersection of ul. Barska and ul. Białobrzeska in Warsaw’s Ochota District is the third property development project completed in the capital city by the Belgian property developer. This upscale investment offers more than a prestigious venue; it is distinguished by its stylish architecture and art deco interiors that trace their roots to pre-war tenement houses. More than 65% of the apartments in this property have already been sold.

Rezydencja Barska is the third project BPI Real Estate Poland has completed in the capital city. It is also one of the very few new investments under construction in Warsaw’s Ochota District. This cozy property is conveniently located at ul. Barska 26. The building has a mere 57 residential units situated on 7 floors including 4 apartments with spacious terraces and a spectacular view of the Warsaw panorama.
