BPI Real Estate Poland has received the occupancy permit for Rezydencja Barska. This cozy investment located at the intersection of ul. Barska and ul. Białobrzeska in Warsaw’s Ochota District is the third property development project completed in the capital city by the Belgian property developer. This upscale investment offers more than a prestigious venue; it is distinguished by its stylish architecture and art deco interiors that trace their roots to pre-war tenement houses. More than 65% of the apartments in this property have already been sold.
Rezydencja Barska is the third project BPI Real Estate Poland has completed in the capital city. It is also one of the very few new investments under construction in Warsaw’s Ochota District. This cozy property is conveniently located at ul. Barska 26. The building has a mere 57 residential units situated on 7 floors including 4 apartments with spacious terraces and a spectacular view of the Warsaw panorama. This property features large windows to ensure that all the residential units have an abundance of natural light. The glass balustrades on the balconies also serve this purpose. The building’s common areas are another attractive feature. The interiors have been designed in keeping with the modern art deco style. Carefully selected finishing materials such as wallpaper, veneers and lamps are also in harmony with Warsaw’s pre-war tenement buildings.
“We picked a functional design. We focused on having comfortable floor plans for the residential units because that is the second most important criterion for selecting a place to live, following location. This property has a reception desk with concierge service and each unit is equipped with the Smart Home system. That is why Rezydencja Barska fully corresponds to the expectations of premium clients interested in buying a unit in a prestigious venue close to the center of Warsaw”, said Wojciech Smolak, Director of Sales and Marketing at BPI Real Estate Poland.
Another distinguishing feature of this property is the eye-catching architecture of this small-sized building that is harmoniously nestled among the surrounding buildings. This investment also offers an attractive and spacious commercial unit. “We were strongly focused on Rezydencja Barska fully embracing the advantages inherent in cozy buildings. Its well-crafted and fine-tuned design will meet the expectations of its future residents. We gave top billing to everyday conveniences. That is why this building has a reception desk and that is why we outfitted all the units with smart home technology. This building is well-composed with the surrounding buildings and fully reflects this venue’s unique nature. In turn, the spacious terraces on the top floors offer an ideal rendering of the city’s climate”, said Andrzej Świder, Project Director at BPI Real Estate Poland.
The construction of Rezydencja Barska commenced in late 2018 and was completed on schedule in mid-2020. CFE Polska was the general contractor.
