Wmurowano kamień węgielny pod inwestycję wolaRE

The laying of the wolaRE development project’s foundation stone was celebrated on the construction site at 21 Ostroroga Street in Warsaw. Developed by BPI Real Estate Poland in cooperation with the ACTEEUM Group, the project is another joint venture of both companies. The project, which was started late last year, is scheduled to be completed in 2020.

Representatives of BPI Real Estate Poland and the ACTEEUM Group, who are jointly developing their wolaRE project in Warsaw, celebrated the laying of its foundation stone. This is already the second development project built together by both companies in Poland. The foundation deed was signed by Jacques Lefevre, BPI Real Estate Chairman; Mariusz Rodak, BPI Real Estate Poland Managing Director; Andrzej Świder, BPI Real Estate Poland Project Manager; Tomasz Szewczyk, Acteeum Group Managing Partner; Arne Bongenaar, Acteeum Group Managing Partner; and Bruno Lambrecht, CFE Polska Managing Director.

‘At BPI, we go for masterplanning, and our mission is to shape urban space actively. wolaRE is our third development project in Warsaw’s Wola district, which, together with the Wola Tarasy and the Wola Libre housing estates, taps into the growth potential of the neighbourhood and will shortly add to its glory,’ said Jacques Lefevre, BPI Real Estate Chairman.

wolaRE is a modern six-storey building, where 231 housing units will be created, each attractively laid out and with sought-after space. The development will deliver flats ranging from 28 to 83sqm and appealing to various customer needs. Each housing unit, be it a studio or a cosy family home, will be provided with a balcony or loggia. Being the third project of BPI Real Estate Poland in the Wola district, wolaRE’s housing estate will be developed similar to the rest of the quarter. Previously, the Wola Tarasy and the Wola Libre buildings were erected in close vicinity to wolaRE.

We are happy to have completed another development project together with BPI Real Estate Poland. Cooperation with a reliable and experienced partner is key to success. Owing to its perfect location and the potential of the neighbourhood, the wolaRE development will surely meet the expectations of future residents,’ explained Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner Acteeum Central Europe.

Co-authored by BPI and Acteeum, the development is the ideal place for avid city dwellers. Living just four kilometres away from the city centre, you are really close to the city, and with excellent public transport links, you can reach it within just under ten minutes. Additional benefits include easy access to the rich cultural tapestry of the borough and the capital city as a whole as well as a large potential for service improvement.

‘Warsaw, which is steadily growing, is the most dynamical city in Poland. At the same time, it’s the city where there’s only little undeveloped land left. Therefore, it’s so important to take the most of the potential a plot may have, while ensuring as much comfort for future residents as possible. This is what we wanted to achieve when we were planning the wolaRE development project. I’m glad that it has been appreciated by customers. We’re basically still in the sandbox, but we’ve already managed to sell 26% of the project. It’s very motivating for the whole BPI team,’ said Mariusz Rodak, BPI Real Estate Poland Managing Director.

‘I’m happy that we’ve been invited to cooperation on another project. Our experience lets us perfectly know what our partners may need. We do our best to deliver high-end projects that are built on time and safe,’ said  Bruno Lambrecht, CFE Polska Managing Director.

The construction of the wolaRE housing estate started in December 2018, and is progressing as scheduled. Earthworks are currently being carried out. The project is expected to be delivered in 2020. Its prime contractor is CFE Polska.
