BPI Real Estate Poland launches the sale of flats in the Vilda Park project in Poznań. This is the latest project in the portfolio of a Belgian developer, carried out in cooperation with ACTEEUM Group. Similarly to previous BPI investments in Poland, the Poznań project is distinguished by its unique location. Vilda Park is being built not only in the picturesque vicinity of the Warta River, but also in a very close proximity to the city centre.

Vilda Park is a modern housing estate to be built at ul. Droga Dębińska. It is only a few minutes from the Old Brewery, the Main Railway Station, the Old Market Square in Poznań and the Warta River itself. Cinemas, swimming pools, gym, sports hall, playground and tennis courts, as well as Wartostrada – a set of walking and cycling paths along the Warta River – all these can be found in the vicinity of the investment. The Vilda Park project will consist of four buildings comprising 230 flats with an area of 28 to 113 m2 and a structure of 1 to 4 rooms. Each apartment will include a garden, a loggia or a spacious balcony and a parking space in an underground garage.
The modern design style of Vilda Park is the result of the work of architects from Litoborski + Marciniak office, which is distinguished by the high quality and variety of finishing materials such as fine plaster, wood, facade panels, sheet metal or glass. It is also worth to mention the common spaces in the form of a green courtyard, a playground for children, additional amenities such as bicycle racks and the adaptation of the whole project to the needs of the wheelchair users.
The average price of flats offered by Vilda Park is PLN 8,000 m2. The anticipated date of completion of the project’s first stage is the end of 2019.
